By using Stayvora (stayvora.in), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Stayvora website (stayvora.in) and all associated services
- "User" / "Guest" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform to search or book hotels
- "Hotel Partner" refers to any hotel, guest house, or property listed on Stayvora
- "Booking" refers to a confirmed hotel reservation made through the Platform
- "We" / "Us" / "Stayvora" refers to Stayvora and its operators
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Stayvora, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
3. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel partner
- Room rates are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- GST is calculated as per government slabs: 0% (below ₹1,000), 12% (₹1,000-₹7,500), 18% (above ₹7,500) per night per room
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or WhatsApp message
- Stayvora reserves the right to cancel a booking if the payment fails, is fraudulent, or if the hotel is unable to honor the reservation
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
- Stayvora does not store your credit/debit card details on our servers
- Partial payments may be accepted at the time of booking, with the balance payable at the hotel during check-in
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate plan. The specific cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process
- For refundable bookings, free cancellation is typically available up to 24 hours before check-in (unless otherwise stated)
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- No-shows (failure to check in) will be charged the full booking amount

6. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless specified by the hotel
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID)
- Hotels may refuse check-in to guests without valid ID proof
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must behave respectfully on hotel premises and follow the hotel's house rules
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
- Illegal activities on hotel premises are strictly prohibited
- Guests must comply with local laws and regulations
- Stayvora is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen on hotel premises
8. Hotel Partner Responsibilities
- Hotel partners are responsible for the accuracy of their property information, photos, amenities, and pricing on the Platform
- Hotels must honor confirmed bookings and provide rooms as described
- Hotels must maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Any disputes between guests and hotels should first be reported to Stayvora support
9. Platform Liability
- Stayvora acts as an intermediary connecting guests with hotel partners
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of accommodations provided by hotel partners
- Stayvora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy but do not guarantee it
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Stayvora — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Stayvora and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
11. Account Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Stayvora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India

13. Modifications
Stayvora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
