📋 Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026. Please read carefully before joining the Stayvora Affiliate Program.

📌 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be an Indian resident with a valid PAN card for payouts above ₹5,000/year.
  • You must have a valid UPI ID or bank account registered in your own name — payouts cannot be made to third-party accounts.
  • Businesses, firms, and LLPs may join with GST registration.
  • Stayvora reserves the right to verify your identity via government-issued ID before processing any payout.

💰 Commission Structure

  • Hotel Listing Commission: ₹500 per hotel that successfully goes LIVE on Stayvora.
  • A hotel is considered "live" when it has completed profile setup, added rooms, and is accepting bookings on the platform.
  • Booking Commission: Applicable as per settings — flat fee or % per booking through your referral link.
  • Commissions are credited to your affiliate account only after the hotel is verified and live.
  • Stayvora may change commission rates with 30 days prior notice to active affiliates.

📅 Payout Policy

  • Payouts are processed on the 1st of every calendar month for the previous month earnings.
  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹500. Earnings below this will carry forward.
  • Payouts are made via UPI or bank transfer only. No cash or cheque payouts.
  • Your UPI ID or bank account name must exactly match your registered affiliate name. Mismatched accounts will be rejected.
  • TDS of 10% will be deducted on payouts where aggregate earnings exceed ₹5,000 in a financial year (per Section 194C/194H of Income Tax Act).
  • Form 16A / TDS certificate will be issued on request for eligible deductions.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer your own hotel.
  • Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent hotel registrations will result in immediate termination and payout forfeiture.
  • Spam messaging, bulk emailing without consent, or misleading promotion is prohibited.
  • Impersonating Stayvora staff, employees, or management is grounds for permanent ban.
  • Paid advertising using Stayvora brand terms (e.g. Google Ads bidding on "Stayvora") requires prior written approval.
  • Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any artificial inflation of referral counts is strictly prohibited.

🔐 Account Rules

  • You may have only one affiliate account per person/entity. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Stayvora may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with forfeiture of pending commissions.
  • Reactivation of suspended accounts is at Stayvora discretion.

⚖️ Legal & Compliance

  • This affiliate program is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or partners of Stayvora.
  • You are responsible for reporting affiliate income in your income tax returns.
  • Stayvora is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in this program.
  • These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
