Booking & Reservations

How do I book a hotel on Stayvora?

Search for hotels by city, area, or hotel name on our homepage. Select your check-in and check-out dates, choose a room, and complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, or net banking). You'll receive instant confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Can I book a hotel without creating an account?

Yes, you can book as a guest. However, creating an account helps you manage bookings, view history, and access faster checkout.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation with a unique Booking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can also check your booking status under "My Bookings" in your account.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Date modifications depend on the hotel's policy and room availability. Please contact support@stayvora.in with your Booking ID to request a modification.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details on our servers. All data is encrypted using SSL/TLS.

Can I pay at the hotel?

Some hotels offer a "Pay at Hotel" option or accept partial payment online with the balance payable at check-in. Look for the "Partial Payment" option during booking.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. GST-compliant invoices are automatically generated for every booking and sent to your email. You can also download invoices from your booking details page.

Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel a booking?

Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings", select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking". You can also email support@stayvora.in with your Booking ID.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated within 24-48 hours. The actual credit to your account depends on your payment method: UPI and wallets take 1-3 business days; cards and net banking take 5-7 business days.

What if the hotel cancels my booking?

You'll receive a full refund automatically. Our team will also help you find an alternative hotel at no extra charge.

Check-in & Stay

What documents do I need for check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. The name on the ID should match the booking name.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This may vary by hotel — check your booking confirmation for specific times.

What if I have a complaint about the hotel?

Please contact us immediately at support@stayvora.in with your Booking ID and details of the issue. We'll work with the hotel to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I list my property on Stayvora?

Visit stayvora.in/list-your-property and complete the registration form. Add your hotel details, rooms, photos, and pricing. Your property can be live within 5 minutes. There is no setup fee.

What technology does Stayvora provide?

Our channel manager syncs your room availability and rates with Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and 50+ OTAs in real-time. When a booking comes from any OTA, availability is automatically updated everywhere to prevent overbookings.
